Bookings

A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Your booking becomes confirmed only after you accept the final itinerary, applicable booking conditions, and payment schedule in writing.

Service provider

TuskersEdge is a Sri Lanka-based travel planning service. Business correspondence should be sent to tuskersedgesafari@gmail.com or WhatsApp +94 72 925 8104. A legal business address and any applicable registration details will be shown on the final booking agreement.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Your written quotation will state the deposit, balance due date, cancellation schedule, amendment charges, and any non-refundable supplier costs before you pay. Refund eligibility depends on that accepted schedule and on amounts recoverable from accommodation, transport, activity, and other suppliers. Requests must be made in writing. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation and interruption cover.

Price and inclusions

Website prices are starting estimates per person unless stated otherwise. Your final quotation will itemise accommodation, meals, transport, guides, entrance fees, activities, taxes, exclusions, and optional extras. Currency movements or supplier changes may affect a quotation until the booking is confirmed.

Traveller responsibility

Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, and following local laws and safety instructions.

External links are provided for convenience. Transactions completed directly with an external platform are governed by that platform's terms.
